* By Create Tickets & Assign to Concern.
* Assist through phone.
* Provide the document required and signatures required.
Collect & Categorize all coming employees calls and use it in a month report. ( I did it myself which got the director satisfaction).
I did Service Assurance Specialist for 3 years.
Receive Business Customers all type of calls for internet( Royal customers, VIP Customers, Gold Customers, Silver Customers, and Regular Customers) Wither calls were; new subscribe, inquiry, requested and complaints. With assist in trouble shooting or open a ticket type call.
Calling customer back if a call was not answer and give assist.
From 1-04-2009 to Augst 2011 I was outsourcing employee at ECCO Company agent of Etihad Atheeb Telecom in Customer Care Section
* First four month, I worked on Phone receiving Inquiry and Complaint calls, in language Arabic.
*Then Offline Office (Receive all kind of emails in Arabic and English for 8 months).
*From beginning of June 2010 to 31 August 2010 I work as Technical Support Specialist, make calls back to Customers and solve their problems, using Remedy, EMS, BRM.
*From September 2010 to September 2011 I worked as a senior agent for Offline Contact Team, and Reception, at same time I did a supporter for Technical Support Section.
I work as Secretary of Director of Banking Supervision doing,
* Classification incoming and outgoing transactions.
*Receipt and make local, international calls in both Arabic and English Languages.
* Make appointments.
* Reception reviewers and farewell .
For two years I studied English as a second Language.
