Key Responsibilities & Tasks

Strategic Partnership

Drive talent development and retention initiatives.

Identify skills gaps and propose training programs.

Employee Relations

Advise managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Performance Management

Guide managers and employees on performance appraisal processes.

Support goal-setting, feedback, and coaching initiatives.

Monitor and track employee performance trends.

Change Management

Support organizational changes (restructuring, new policies, system rollouts).

Communicate and implement HR programs effectively.

HR Policy & Compliance

Ensure policies are up to date, communicated, and consistently applied.

Monitor compliance with labor laws, health & safety, and internal standards.

Compensation & Benefits

Partner with compensation team to ensure fair and competitive pay structures.

Support reward and recognition programs.

Culture & Engagement

Champion employee engagement initiatives.

Collect feedback through surveys, focus groups, or 1:1 check-ins.

Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

HR Data & Analytics

Use HR metrics and data insights to support decision-making.

Prepare reports on turnover, recruitment, training, and other key HR KPIs.
