Responsible of overall financial and accounting function of the company including preparation of
Balance Sheet & Profit and Loss account, cash flow statements.
• Monitor and follow up the company's projects of revenues and costs and compare it with the pricing
list and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
• Review and follow up of subcontractors for all project till final hand over
• Follow up the bank company's accounts in banks as open and renew the bank facilities and issue LG
• Prepare day to day financials, including bank reconciliation, cash on hand, AR and AP
• Review all reports of payroll and Annual Leave and Indemnity.
• Monitor the company's inventory from incoming and outgoing and make periodic and random stock
taken and connect it with project costs
Responsible of overall financial and accounting function of the company including preparation of

• Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role e.g. AR, AP, GL, journalentries.
• Daily and monthly bank reconciliation of company local and foreign currencyaccounts.
• Carry out detailed reconciliation of accountsperiodically.
• Opening L/G for Projects and follow itsprocedures.
• Responsible for the prepare of Payroll and calculated Annual Leave and Indemnity.
• Handle & Prepare daily cashreports.
• Report to management regarding the finances of company.
