Duties and Responsibilities: include but not limited to
Managing project communication with all stakeholders
Carry out the project assignments on a daily basis as per the set plan
Manage and leading teams to achieve goals and objectives and validating project deliverables
using project management software packages to plan smooth work flows
Responsible for forecasting the future variances and earned value analysis
risk identification, analysing, risk response planning and risk monitoring.
monitoring and controlling project budget
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
preparing the site and liaising with other construction professionals such as architects, engineers, buyers, estimators and surveyors before construction work starts
accurately providing status information on project progress to the project management
planning ahead to prevent problems on site before they occur
making safety inspections of the site when work is underway and ensuring regulations relating to health, safety and the environment (HSE) are adherred to
using construction management software packages to plan smooth work flows
assisting the project manager with bidding new jobs and projects
communicating effectively with a range of people including the client, subcontractors, suppliers, the public and the workforce
Agriculture Research Center (Estidamah)
The project is consisting of main building, common facilities building, utilities building and greenhouse building.
My duties and responsibilities are as follows but not limited to :
Monitoring contractor’s and sub-contractor’s performance with respect to all aspects of Civil/Structural works and documentation records to ensure compliance with the approved drawings, specifications and quality system documents.
Reviewing project standards and documents to assure the submitted drawings and documents are compatible and aligned with the overall project objectives.
Reviewing design drawings( 60% package -90% package - IFC drawings)
Continuous monitoring that the project progress according with the approved schedule.
Review contractor’s method statement and work procedures.
Review and check materials submittal, Inspection and test plan (ITP), shop drawings for Civil/Structural .
Responsible to review and response the technical query (TQ) of the contractor.
Attend weekly construction meeting, Initiate coordination.
Write field memo instructions and letters to contractor, whenever needed.
Participating in preparing of risk management plan in compliance with client's risk management policy and procedures.
Participating in risk identification, analysing, risk response planning and risk monitoring.
Promptly inform the project manager for stoppage of work when safety concern override basic contractual commitments or when continuation will result in the inclusion of the substandard work.
King Faisal University Teaching Hospital Project,
The project is consisting main building (400 beds, 11 floors), out-patient clinics building (4 floors) built on an area of 170, 000 m2
The Infrastructure Phase-4 Stage-1 A project is located along the Academic Area, East Loop Road, West Loop Road, Road-A, Male's Dormitory Area, and Female's Dormitory Area of King Faisal University Campus, Al - Ahsa.
1. Generator Building including Civil & Electro-Mechanical Works.
2. Roads & Street Improvement Works (285.000 m2 asphalt)
3. Landscape & Hardscape Works
4. Bridge, Spine Wall & Retaining Wall Works.
5. Underground Utilities such as: (Sanitary Sewer System -Storm Water Drainage System -Raw Water System Sweet Water System -Well Water System (4 deep wells)-Chilled Water System -Irrigation System.)
Mosque and Administration Building Porject. King Faisal University, Al Ahsa
The Mosque includes two floors with capacity 2200 prayers and 56 m high Minaret, and the administration building includes basement and five repeated floors at a total area of floors 40630 m2
Infrastructure Project PH# III, King faisal University
The project is civil, mechanical, & electrical infra-structure works for
1- Supply & Installation of Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), Reverse Osmosis Plant (R.O), and Emergency Generator Building
2- Supply & Installation of Piping Networks for:( Chilled Water System-Sanitary Sewer System-Sweet Water-Raw Water Distribution System-Storm Water Drainage System-Lift Stations )
And also Works related to Landscaping, Hardscaping Works of Pergola & Shade Structures, Stamp Pavement Works, Water Display Networks, Irrigation System, Plantations, Drinking Water Fountains, Tennis Courts, Compact Sub-Stations, and Street Lighting Electrical Works.
150 Health Primary Units, MOH, Haeil City, 8 Units .
My duties and responsibilities during my work in ZFP were as follows but not limited to:

Responsible for site inspection and handling request for inspection (RFI’s)for various items of work related to Civil /Structural works.
Promptly inform the project manager for stoppage of work when safety concern override basic contractual commitments or when continuation will result in the inclusion of the substandard work.

Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinating all construction activities on site with different disciplines and parties.
Prepare the required reports ( daily, weekly and monthly) for construction activity schedule.
Control of drawings, manpower, and equipment to follow up the time schedule of project.
Follow up concrete delivery and other civil material by good situation as per required.
Ensure availability of sufficient manpower and construction equipment.
Provide guidance / technical support to the field staff.
Prepare periodical report and immediate reporting about critical issues.
Prepare RFI and coordinate with inspectors and the third party inspection agency.
Preparation of As Built drawings.
Duties and Responsibilities
Participating in prepare tender drawings and Bill of Quantities.
Assist senior designers in structural design of ( Pump stations, Box culverts. Retaining walls...etc.)
