Responsibilities
1. Responsible for sales and marketing of Oncology unit and Peritoneal Dialysis unit in Egypt.
2. Responsible for the creation, implementation and execution of Action Sales Plan.
3. Managing performance of the Distributors teams, To & In market and monitors sales demands in Egypt
4. Supervising Distributors teams of supervisors and Med. Reps. For daily operations and promotion activities.
5. Hiring, training personnel, for the Oncology Line & PD line.
6. Generate and maintain a credible forecast for accounts and territories and provide this information on a regular basis to Senior Management.
7. Serve as the primary customer contact for technical and business issues for those accounts and Territories assigned.
8. Capable personally to conduct a basic product demonstration (hardware and software).
9. Supporting the Regulatory Affairs for registering new products for the company with Ministry Of Health by presentation and illustration for the technical committee
10. Assisting in clearing the imported orders in CAPA and Customs
11. Preparing Tenders offers and quotations
12. Noting Customer complaints as an after sale process and follow up.
13. Managing big accounts sales personally
14. Lead product launches and support marketing of it promotion and sales
15. Drawing market map, probing and contacting KOL in the hemophilia field for the hemophilia A (factor VIII deficiency), hemophilia B (factor IX deficiency), von Willebrand disease, and rare factor deficiencies including I, II, V, VII, X, XI, XII and XIII.
16. Monitoring and response to the mass media and social media in the counterfeit and shortage feedback.

• The Blood Products are for Takeda (Baxalta)
• Human Albumin, Factor 8(Immunate)

5. Managing the Supply chain, shipping companies, Logistics, related to the PO’s with the Suppliers
6. Assisting in clearing the imported orders in CAPA and Customs

8. Hiring, training personnel, for the Oncology, Anesthesia and Blood byproducts line.

4. Establish strong relationship with KOL’s.
