• Re-pricing (by increasing) our products to be suitable with the market prices and decreasing MG for some KA
customers.
• Achieved 90% Forecast Accuracy (FA) of annual forecast, and 95% of quarterly rolling forecast.
• Participate in many exhibitions (domestic and external).
• From 2015 till 2022 the total volume growth was around 400% and the net profit increment was more than 600%.
