Assist Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Users in solving functional and technical problems.
•Analysis of current business processes and definition of new processes within Oracle Application.
•Business requirements gathering, mapping, gap identification and workarounds.
•Responsible to trainee NON IT personal and Key Users within modules of ASCP, OPM, Inventory
and (Process manufacturing).
•Business processes definitions to be implemented within new environment.
•BR100 documentation.
•Environment configuration and scenarios preparation, documentation and proof of concepts.
•Setup, Test and training on Internal Sales Orders functionality.
•Formula and Recipe configuration for Batching within OPM
•Patching and bug research, test and delivery.
•Post Go-live production support
