Owner’s representatives as adviser to the project owner in
the construction and design for all MEP discipline (Electrical, light current, Hvac, Fire
fighting, Medical Gases …etc.)
Coordinate all project aspects with different stakeholders (client, site, engineering,
client consultant, Biomedical ....)
Verify and validate the technical drawings to check that all client requirements have
been applied according to applied standards.
Review project schedule to properly arrange/check the activities and focus on the
critical path activities.
Prepare tender documents including cost summary sheets
Identify opportunity and risk during the tender process.
Participate in solving / report any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems
that may arise during construction to the Technical Office Manager/ Site Engineer or
Site Manager for discussion and proper solve

motors and their connection to their local control boxes and safety switches using
ETAP, ECODIAL, DOC WIN etc.
Collect the requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other
technical matters that may arise during construction
Participate in solving / report any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems
that may arise during construction to the Technical Office Manager/ Site Engineer or
Site Manager for discussion and proper solve
Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials,
consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related works prior
to execution
