Liaise all the needed support to dealers with concerned functions at GM; Network, training, quality, finance…etc.
Providing product/market feedback to quality team to support in product continuous improvement.
Discus the Field Product Reports (FPRs) regularly with the quality and supplier quality teams in the CPIP and WPAC forums to take the necessary containment and corrective actions.
Discuss the CSI results on monthly basis with the dealers’ service managers, to drive continuous improvement in the services provided to our customer.
