o Lead, manage and coordinate process enhancement efforts across the group to bring change to the organization through the analysis, design and implementation of the business processes across all business units.
o Identifying the current state of processes, eliciting useful and harmful attributes of them, documenting models of the processes and facilitating stakeholder groups to consensus regarding new business process designs
o identifying impacts and linkages to the business strategies, organization and its people, data and systems, business policies and business rules, as well as the physical assets of the business
o Utilizes various approaches to understanding the current-state through workshops, statistical analysis, process monitoring, functional data collection, time and motion studies, work sampling studies, data analysis, root cause analysis, business rules and regulatory analysis.
o support the implementation of business process changes to solve problems or exploit opportunities.
o support the IT action plans of processes automation with taking in consideration risks identified through internal audit reports along with ensuring the processes controls and enable required controls to close control gaps
o Ensuring the Automation plan alignment with the business units’ requirements with the appropriate controls taken.
o Support in creating the User profile “User responsibilities and Data access matched with user’s Job”
o Support in creating the company’s policies, Procedures, SLA’s and KPIs
o Planning for new projects
o Implement and deploy Oracle solutions to achieve defined business goals
o Analysis and design tailored systems to meet business requirement
o Oracle API Application integration & Usage customization
o Maintain Oracle Applications customized reports
o Personalize Oracle Application functions as per business requirements.
o Generate required business intelligence reports (Oracle Discoverer).
o End Users Support on (HR, INV, PO, OM, GL, AR, AP, CE, CST, FA and Tax) module
o Team leader for (Elsewedy Electric for Transmission & Distribution Co. and Iskra for Electric Meters Co.) Projects
o Implementing and supporting Oracle Logistics (Purchasing, Inventory & Order Management) Modules in Elsewedy Companies (Egytech Cables, Elsewedy Cables-Miser, United Steel Wires, United Metals, ECMEI for insulators, Elsewedy Electric T&D, Iskra for Electric Meters and Doha Cables)
