The current work in the Suez Canal Container Terminal
As a TPM Coordinator. · Register data acting Technical Workshop at the port on the electronic system and its follow-up · Prepare the daily and weekly and monthly reports of the technical workshop & Container Handling Equip. ( CHE) & Project Section to submit them to the administration · Register vacations own engineering personnel management electronic system · The work of preventive maintenance plan (protective maintenance plan) weekly · Troubles accuracy of the data and make sure they are free of errors and filed for administration Follow-up faults own workshop and workflow reform and accomplished and prepare the KPI report · Follow-up employee hours and the company to report administration staff level with a statement of their active employees and the company learned of them the maximum time during working time · Follow-up on the equipment faults with the engineer in charge and supply Tech. with Information To resolve the problem as soon as possible to finish Break Down. · Prepare daily reports of the brake down of all equip. to submit them with OPS and Eng. · follow-up process of fueling all equipment ( daily )
Experience:
(IT specialist) / Speed & Elmohandes Company:
1. Operates and maintains the IT environment that contains and not limited to (Active directory, Exchange, Backup ...etc) during shift.
2. Repair of hardware and software packages.
3. manage and monitor LAN/WAN network services;
4. recommend and acquire equipment replacements and upgrades;
5. maintain an inventory of all network devices;
6. Assembling computers from the beginning and replace it, see where defects and the required repair.
7. installing, configuring, updating and maintaining server software/hardware;
8. high-level problem troubleshooting;
9. replacing failed hardware and addressing system problems;
10. tracking system capacity (CPU, memory, disk space, etc.) and reporting/correcting any issues;
11. installing software upgrades and security patches, and monitoring for intrusion signs;
12. Designed a program to work all tariffs and programs needed for the computer in one program and the company's property rights only& action windows CDs.
13. Servicing and Work configuration for routers.
14. Work on different kinds of printers and defined it & all types of laptops and fully maintained.
