1. Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of technicians involved in FTTH Special Circuit project. Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members. 2. Network Installation: Oversee the installation of fiber optic cables, termination boxes, and related equipment in residential and commercial properties. Ensure proper routing and management of fiber optic cables to customer premises. 3. Customer Interaction: Interface with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Provide information about FTTH services and educate customers on the installation process. 4. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of FTTH installations, configurations, and maintenance activities. 5. Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations during FTTH installations. Ensure that the team follows safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents

Generates and updates observer logs. Ensuring that all line equipment (i.e. Links, LAUX-428, LAUL-428, Line Batteries, Geophones) to be deployed are in good condition. Ensure compliance to HSE and Quality Control (QC) standards. Responsible for minimizing line equipment losses / damages
