1- Managing day to day operation of liquid O2, N, Argon ASU and Gas Plants (O2, N, N2O and Acetylene), and reporting to CEO and Chairman.
2- Production planning as per requirement and monthly production report.
3- Carry out regular preventive mechanical/ electrical maintenance of all the machineries.
4- Involve and carry out breakdown maintenance and troubleshooting.
5- Solely responsible for inspection, testing and certifying high presser gas cylinders and pipelines
6- Fully aware of the process, and the principle of mechanical maintenance.
7- Full knowledge of liquid N and Liquid CO2 Decantation.
8- Knowledge of all industrial and medical gases bottles, connection standards, colours standards and filling standards.
9- Working as internal Auditor for ISO 9001:2008 QMS.
10- Actively involved in civil work, erection and commissioning of gas plants like O2, N2O and Acetylene.
11- Involve in the erection and commissioning of all water cooling towers.
12- I have good knowledge about the operation and maintenance of the Water Softening Plants (Reverse Osmosis Process).
13 - Worked in companies distribution department for dispatching gases cylinders, Steel rebar’s and billets
14- Fully aware about distribution activities for local market and export.
15- Looking after steel sales (rebar’s and billets).
16- Arranging and making all the export document for billets.
17- Looking after gas sales.
18- Looking after liquid sales (N, O2 and CO2)
19- Involves in gases testing as per the British Standard.
20- I have knowledge about the general chemistry and general laboratory activities. Involve in all civil work activities before plant erection.
21- Coordination with all contractors.
22- Well Versed with ISO Quality Management System.
23- Active Involvement in commissioning activity of Liquid Plant and RO Plant.
24- Erection and commissioning of Liquid Gases Station.
