Successfully managing, growing and acquiring diversified portfolio of institutional clients, HNW and UHNW individuals and servicing their financial needs through open architecture of wealth management solutions including all asset classes as well as estate planning and trust services. Acting as the focal point of contact for all their private and investment banking needs under One Bank umbrella.
Responsibilities:
• Cultivating and developing flourishing business relationships with new and existing clients through strategic penetration across the entire portfolio to generate and increase revenues and grow AUM.
• Creating and exploiting opportunities to promote and sell array of wealth management products and services that meet the needs of existing and prospective clients.
• Conceptualizing strategic financial and investment plans for clients based on results of comprehensive advisory process, whilst adhering to LCD, AML, and KYC policies at all times.
• Maintaining and enhancing relationships with key clients and prospects to ensure business continuity and growth.
• Continually expanding referral network through regular contact and networking with key clients and their relatives and business affiliates.
• Collaborating with different bank divisions to deliver the best solution under the one bank umbrella.
Effectively acquired, developed, and managed sizable portfolio of institutional clients, HNW and UHNW individuals and their related businesses, and acted as the main point of contact for all their financial and banking needs.
Achievements:
• Achieved over 200% of the budgeted investment-revenue target in 2013.
• Awarded the first runner-up award for the best RM in overall performance in 2012 throughout UAE.
• Achieved 121% of the budgeted overall-revenue target in 2012 with total revenues of USD2.7M.
• Generated 147% of the budgeted investment-revenue target in 2012, and surpassed it by more than 100% in 2011.
Scope of duties included: consulting with clients to identify their financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services.

• Maintained high standard of performance record through exceptional customer service, attention to detail and timely follow-up.
• Achieved higher than average sales surpassing bank’s quotas by 30-40%.
