Drafting/ formulation of contracts and agreements - EPC contract, EPCM contract,
Mega-lot contract, Unit Rate contract, Lump sum contracts, Cost Plus contracts, Bid
Documents, MOU, Letter of Intent, NDA etc.
Provides professional advice, expertise and practical assistance to the staff of
designated division/department in terms of contracting strategies, preparing scope of
work, contractor prequalification, completion of tender documents, bid evaluations,
contract negotiation, finalizing contract documents, contract controls and contract
administration.
Participates in negotiation and investigation of contractual claims/disputes and
recommends their optimum settlement approach.
Hands-on experience in SAP-SRM system.
Trouble shooting,
Installation and configuration of RTU's at 33/11KV BSPs
& Different type of overhead line reliability
improvement equipment.
Operation & load management.
Treatment failures and installation of prepayment
meters.
Coordination and communication with subcontractors
regarding the planning issues.
Progress tracking and reporting.
Development and management of the detailed
schedules for the critical zones.
Taking care of the control of components, Staff planning
and forecasting, work in progress and finished goods.
Development of Integrated Level III Schedule, Setting
WBS, Project Control Plan.
Preparation of commercial/cost terms and schedules for
the Contractor/Subcontractor’s Bids Packages.
Issue Expediting Status reports, Procurement and
Subcontracting and subcontracting Status, Progress
reports, etc.
