1. Lead site engineers to complete work activities according to planned resources to catch the time schedule within budget.
2. Coordination between various disciplines such as site, QC, technical office, MEP subcontractor.
3. Investigate problems and unforeseen conditions.
4. Approaching consultant for inspections and constructability issues.
5. All the site activities, concrete, finishing, waterproofing.
6. Preparation of daily, weekly site progress report.
7. Comply with the safety rules and quality measures.
8. Coordination with contract department to raise claims or variations.
9. Coordinating, controlling and facilitating sub-contractors work. Timely certifying the quantities performed by the sub-contractors.
