• Responsible for communication with other disciplines, vendors and contractors to ensure incorporation of all information into project requirements and provide support as necessary
• Perform product research, material selection and system research
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, authorities, consultants and contractors to incorporate engineering systems, respond to requests for information, clarifications and modifications. Obtain approvals, negotiations and adjusting scope of service
• Writing reports and memos to consultants and vendors to issue changes and track resolutions
• Review completed reports, drawings and calculations for coordination
• Applies proper QA/QC methods throughout the project
• Provide support to all team members for specific market, discipline or other area of expertise
- Creating and developing innovative design solutions to fulfill the client’s requirements.
- Prepare and Coordinate the conceptual study report and prepare a series of presentations and renderings for the client review and approval.
- Responsible for all design phases of medium to large scale projects including appraising and compiling the client’s brief, concept design, schematic design and detail design.
