• Develop and consolidate project proposals for the
development, upgrade and deployment of Access
Network equipment and/or systems.
• Perform cost analysis with respect to various vendors
and implementation solutions for optimized rollout.
• Prepare, submit and monitor yearly CWP budget and
generate monthly updates.
• Procurement planning and raising CEARs and
following up PO deliveries to ensure optimized stocks
for all AND equipment including (OLT, ONT and IADs)
• Guide the installation, testing, accepting and
commissioning of respective Access Network
equipment to ensure compliance of all projects to
standards and guidelines.
• Provide professional guidance and support to
subordinates in carrying out the assigned functions
and carrying out required PMS analysis.
• Offer mobile backhaul solutions via (GPON, Metro
1000, Packet Band Modems, Active Ethernet & SDH)
for BTSs, Node 'B's & LTE.
• Successfully managed Etisalat's pilot project for 100%
fiber connectivity to homes within Abu Dhabi & other
emirates.
• Was a member of a team to design and implement the
complete solution for Fiber Optics & Mobile coverage
in Burj Khalifa in Dubai
Main Responsibilities:
• Responding to all Customer Correspondence received
by the Company Directors, CEO and Press Office.
• Analyzing complaints and investigating where
necessary to determine the most appropriate course of
action.
• Liaising with Network Account Managers and CPW
