-Processing administrative work and employees issues with the head office.
-Handle public and governmental issues.
-Working with the projects site administrators to collect time-sheets and employees requests
-Coordinating all public and governmental relations activities between the project's PMO (Al Rajhi Alliance for Haramain High Speed Railway Project) and Ministry of Transport (MOT) along with Saudi Railways Organization
(SRO).
-Worked directly with key persons and HE Minister of Transport's office director and HE President of SRO's office to coordinate the media content and news about the project plan processing.
-Developing a media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media.
-Manage and executing events and project site visit planning.
-Manage and work with all administration issues (Visas, Iqamas …Etc.) and government programs (Muqeem, MOL Netaqat, MOFA Visas… Etc.)
-Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall project strategy.
-Manage employee relations by addressing demands, rights and duties and other issues.
-Manage the recruitment and selection process.
-Support current and future project needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
-Nurture a positive working environment.
-Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
-Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
-Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
-Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
-Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
