1- Act as the main contact for the main contractor/client/consultant. 2-Preparation & Approval of projects documents. 3- Coordinate between the other departments(Engineering, Production, Procurment) 4-Ensure the progress of the project as per agreed program. 5-Timely submission of technical data, samples, drawings for approval. 6-Make the decisions for day to day project activities.
-Coordinate with the Contractors and Consultants from contact briefing to Hand over the
projects.
- build own list of potential clients, prospects from own historic contacts.
- Meet prospects clients and consultants .
-strong cooperation with Administration and Design Team to identify future projects.
- Negotiations with the clients and suppliers.& Supervise
preparation of client presentation, product selection.& Ensure successful completion of
Awarded projects: coordination with contractor, designer and installation team.
- Leadership & management of co- workers to achieve outstanding customer service while
- Maximizing sales opportunities and achieve budget outcomes.
- Training of all staff, mostly focusing on product knowledge, administrative procedures.
- Achieves sales, collection targets & payments.
- Builds & maintain customer's database.
- Managing the company owned showrooms & distributors and for after - sales service
