Diploma in T.Q.M - A.U.C (Total Quality Management) - American University In Cairo – Subjects (statistical quality control-- basic six sigma breakthrough improvement process--planning for Top Quality -- Quality and environmental System Standards (ISO 9001--14001) --Project Management--Managing Quality Function) under supervision of ENG. SHAFIK BADRAN (the direct student of J. M. JURAN the father of quality) and ENG. SAMIA ABD ELLATIF (the first master in black belt in Egypt).
I have graduated from veterinary faculty and specialized in food safety and quality. I have diploma in food safety and quality in addition food technology. I have more than 20 years experience in food safety and quality supported by many certificates from certified centers
