• Responsible for all the personnel administration and services for the employees.
• Performing all the related personnel functions.
• Organized and implemented a process to collect a master data of all the employees to be uploaded on the Oracle system.
• Handling, supervising and maintaining all the related personnel functions on Alpha system: staff attendances, absences and leaves, work permit forms and procedures, overtimes, deductions “for disciplinary and corrective action purpose” and issuing clearance forms (resignation and termination).
• Supervising the trainees in every department (The dual education & training program).
• Supervising the investigations & penalties system.
• Responsible for all the legal affairs.
• Responsible for applying the GSM system in the personnel & legal affairs.
• The Nuqul Group portal champion in the personnel & legal affairs.
