Summer internship

August 2012 - September 2012

Lloyds TSB

Switzerland

August 2012 - September 2012

• 2012 Lloyds TSB - Nyon, Switzerland - Summer internship in know your customer and accounts management department.

My job was in the back-office, which consisted of scanning documents onto a common system and correctly labeling them, so that all the departments could easily access them. I also helped with closing of the accounts, which included getting the ‘ok’ from other departments to be able to close the account.

I had to be quick and efficient in conducting these tasks, as I was working in a fast paced business environment. What I learned at the internship as well is that all the functions have to work well together, so as to avoid delays and to achieve successful outcomes.
