2-Cisco Routing Switching and Securities solution which contain
LAN connection, Security Devises, Internet connections, Leasd Line connections, VPNs connections ...etc

Technical Project Manager, responsible for install, maintain and troubleshoot for Avaya unified communication solution projects, .Cisco routers switches and security systems.

some of those projects specify below:
1.Beltone Financial Holding Company, Implement upgrade Maintain and design for Avaya and Cisco unified communication solution which contain Cisco switching routing and security infrastructure Avaya aura communication Manager fully duplicate system, ESS Server, Duplicate SIP Servers, Duplicate Witness recording server Active / Active, Duplicate AES Servers, Meeting Exchange, Avaya One-x Portal. Integration with Microsoft OCS communicator.

2.EFG Hermes, upgrade the main site to CM5 with S8730 servers using G650 Media gateways. New installation for ESS solution using S8500 with new PN in the disaster recovery building. Upgrade all the LSPs sits & installing new LSPs in deferent locations. Upgrade & new installation for AES servers in all these sites.

3.Citi Bank- Boomerang main sit (fully IP solution), installing & programming S8720 media servers & G650 media gateways. Configuring & programming elite call center, CMS, two interactive response IR3 and AES servers. Configuring voice mail system using Intuity voice mail & ASG defender. Fax server integration.

4.CIL Egypt for installing, programming Avaya voice communications solution which contain CM5.2.1 on the S8300 main server and two LSP with G450, G430 media gateways. Call center R5 with AES, Witness and BCMR servers. Voice mail and SIP Server for 9620 sip Phone. Currently, we still in the installation phase.

5.Jotun Egypt & Libya for installing, programming voice & data solutions using S8300 servers with G700, G350 media gateways using CM5 & three LSPs sites in deferent locations. Configuring, installing network solutions using hp 5400zl, hp2610 switches in all sites.
