• Develop (best practice, strategy and work plans) for each project to achieve target with minimum (cost, time), acceptable (quality) and desired clients satisfaction, follow up Quality Assurance/ Control / procurement Plans.
• Closely monitoring all project activities (low voltage, ELV, high voltage up to 22 KV) systems.
• Plans, directs, supervises, and controls the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions.
• Review the electrical works on site to ensure in lining with (quality, schedule, budget & specifications).
• Making periodic reports (cash in and cash out) for projects according to cost plan, plan risk mitigation strategies.
• Creating, managing and analyzing periodically work performance data, making final reports to top management.
• Organize / build / lead / motivate work teams to achieve strategic goals, periodically measuring performance (KPA).
• Follow up invoices for contractors and subcontractors, follow up projects instructions and commitments.
• Attend technical meetings with (consultant / clients), effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
• following up and tracking all electrical systems from startup till handing over, enforce safety protocols & audits.
-Supervision progress of all projects according to ( scope, time and cost ) .
-Estimate all materials, B.O.Q for the project based on approved submittals, specifications and tender drawings.
-Powerful Negotiation skills with all stakeholder (internal and external)
-Making periodic reports for cash in and cash out for each project according to time schedule.
-Closely monitor budget for each project according to cost control plan, managing cash flow required for each project.
-Ensure full co-ordination of electromechanical activities with architectural and civil works.
-Team /contractors - management through effective oversight. manage all work stages from beginning till project hand over.
- Review designs from consultant in respect of other works to remove any clashes may affect execution phase.
- make with other departments the project budget estimation.
- Prepare & study bid documentation, prequalification of consultants/ contractors, and the bid/ appointment process
- Attend kick-off meetings, review shop drawings from contractors, review Invoices from contractors.
- Co-ordination for all electrical works between consultant and contractor, with all other departments.
- Making periodic technical reports regarding work progress.
- Inspect and test all electrical equipment's (M.V, L.V, ELV) system on factory/site.
- Review the electrical works on site to ensure in lining with: quality, schedule, budget & specifications.
- Held technical co-ordination meetings with all utility providers such as electric authority, telecom authority, ministry of tourism ...etc. until getting all licenses and permits.
