2- Implement the „Employee Services strategy and closely monitor the relevant metrics to ensure strategy
execution, and implementation of corrective action when needed Shared business services, such as travel and conference arrangements, as well as securing IT and consumer telecommunication equipment.
3- Act as the main point of contact for Saudization and ensure all Saudi Nationals employees are registered with GOSI, and separated employees are deleted.
4- Management of the staff attendance and tracking system, including tracking and processing leave requests, as per the defined HR policies.
5- Administration of employees benefits and other entitlements such as the educational allowance, medical insurance, house.
1. Carry out all functions related to document and data integrity in the light of mobily policy and procedures.
2. Provide leadership and direction to Documantaition deoartment team to achieve high results.
3. Handling & investgating all Sales complints related to Government, CITC, internal department.
4. Facilitate sales department workflow in the light of the company policy and achieve data integrity.
5. Provide guidance to DM team to accomplish company mission and vision efficiently.
6. Handling Quality assurance for DM.
7. Monitor team activities and provide relevant report/s to Executive Manager.
1. Identify all issues in team and provide continuous support to all members according to operating standards on everyday basis.

budget for all production process.
11. Evaluate and maintain all sales department budgets and analyze all variances for same.
