-Forecasting
Develop long term forecast & set volume, and rolling forecast updates
Raise flags whenever a mismatch is happening
-Day- to-day operations
Supervises the day-to day activities to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures
Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure smooth operation
Manage BP, OP and RF and coordinate to concerned functions to ensure proper alignment.
-Shipment plan
Prepare shipment plan on daily & weekly basis.
Ensure the documentation well presented.
Follow up with related Depts. And business partners to ensure the proper execution of plans.
Creates and implements sales action plans that incorporate key actions that work to set KPI’s for the business.
Support team with all required reports from time to time.
- Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures:
Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.
- Standards & Regulations
Ensure that all activities are monitored and regulatory compliance audits and inspections are conducted for an effective implementation of regulatory standards.
- Continuous Improvement
Stimulate subordinates and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of section systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
- Reporting
Supervise the preparation of timely and accurate reports of monthly shipment monitoring to meet OU and department requirements, policies and standards.
Forecasting, controlling yearly plan and develop rolling forecast to cover the SKUs variance in supply and demand for industrial, modern trade and HORECA sectors.
- Make KPIs to measur operational performance, analyze it and find possibilities for enhance it to satisfy customer's need.
- Monitoring day-to-day operational processes and solve the customer issues with related functions.
- Sales development and processes
- Incentive sales compensation plan, design and excursion.
- Response to auditor requirements and make sure of implemening procedures.
- Conduct customer visits.
