• My role starts from front liner labors till the head management structure, my department consists of more than 1, 600 staff, we are all serve professional services with high performance to the customer and the end user.
• In charge of marketing and sales operations by contributing in marketing and sales strategic plans.
• Meets marketing and sales financial objectives, forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget and sales quotas for regions, scheduling expenditures analyzing variances, analyzing trends and results, establishing pricing strategies and initiating corrective actions.
• Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing implementing and evaluating advertising, merchandising and rated promotion programs, developing field sales action plans
• Identifies marketing opportunities and conducting SOWT analysis
• Improves product and marketing research and, coordinate new product development.
• Sustains report with key account to making periodic visits exploring specific needs.
• Assigning in marketing and sales human resource objectives
• Preparing daily report to the management.
• Supervising the activities of team contains & sales representatives.
• Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
