Working as Engineering team leader on Jeddah International Airport (K.A.I.A)
Responsible For:
. Ensuring that the Project results fulfill the specified requirements.
. Planning, Forecasting and monitoring of various task/activates.
. Organizing and leading the Project team work according to rollout.
. Identifying and obtaining support and advice required for the management, planning and controlling the site.
. Preparing different kind of reports for each level of Management.
. Seek greater role in Project within administrative and other areas of competence.
Responsible for designing, modifying and supporting.
Administer servers, Desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones.
Backup of all the software used throughout the project plant's and communications with international suppliers in troubleshooting and problem solving.
Applying all the security issues such as the firewall and backup to assure stable running of the system.
Develop and adapt any ideas that bring IT service to higher level.
Recovers any gaps that might face IT department.
Researching technical solution alternative and implement solution.
Document installation and configuration procedures and maintenance schedule.
Checking daily backups, system interfaces, server hardware and logs.
Claim suppliers for any software/hardware conflicts.
