align the HR initiatives with the business objectives.

o Absenteeism rate / Attendance Improvement Process.
o Fluctuation rate.
o Employee satisfaction (surveys).
Manage the Technical training Performance.
Support and ensure the optimization and standardization of new
and existing HR processes
Senior HR specialist
Responsibilities :_
Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring,
transferring, and terminating.
Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards
to new and existing employees.
Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits,
schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints
and harassment allegations.
Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval.
Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts,
reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks.
HR Specialist
Responsibilities :_
Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job
candidates; advising managers; managing relocations and intern
program.
HR (Training Specialist (Staff and Manager) )
Responsibilities: -
Handling and evaluate all the training Activities.
. Make visits for Vodafone POS to check its compliance to the approved sales process.
· Make inspections for the POSs to check the cleanness, the performance, & appearance of it.
· Follow up the sales target.
· Communicating the problems of the POSs to the management & work on solving it.
· Develop the communication channels between the POSs & Management
