Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance to
align the HR initiatives with the business objectives.
 Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
 Work closely with management and employees to improve work
relationships, build and increase productivity and retention.
 Provide HR solutions to ensure compliance with regulations.

 Enhance staff performance by supporting employees’ development

 Responsible for monitoring the following KPIs:-
o Overtime/Banking
o Absenteeism rate / Attendance Improvement Process.
o Fluctuation rate.
o Employee satisfaction (surveys).
 Manage the Technical training Performance.
 Support and ensure the optimization and standardization of new
and existing HR processes

Senior HR specialist
 Responsibilities :_
 Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring,
transferring, and terminating.
 Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards
to new and existing employees.
 Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
 Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits,
schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
 Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints
and harassment allegations.
 Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval.
 Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts,
reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks.
HR Specialist
 Responsibilities :_
Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job
candidates; advising managers; managing relocations and intern
program.
HR (Training Specialist (Staff and Manager) )
 Responsibilities: -
Handling and evaluate all the training Activities.

. Make visits for Vodafone POS to check its compliance to the approved sales process.
· Make inspections for the POSs to check the cleanness, the performance, & appearance of it.
· Follow up the sales target.
· Communicating the problems of the POSs to the management & work on solving it.
· Develop the communication channels between the POSs & Management
