Increasing East-West pipeline system capacity by support the corporate strategy with Saudi Arabian Oil Company "SAUDI ARAMCO" to maintain crude oil and gas production capacity at levels sufficient to provide strategic increasing the capacity (56-inch AY-1L and 48-inch AY-1 pipelines) has strategic capacity of 5.0 (MMBOD). Project valued at over SAR 660 M.
Duties:
•Responsibility for guidance and support of a PMO Process - Resource Demand Management.
•Ownership of a PMO Process - Resource demand and forecast Management.
•Review project risk log and mitigation plan and track budget and schedule contingency
•Review initial Work Breakdown structure and reporting system.
•Maintenance of contract documents. Perform a contractual/commercial review of the tender submissions and check the content for compliance with the instruction to Tenders Efficiently integrate the cost, schedule and document control element of the work they are managing.
•Successful manage a team of Planners and other Technical teams where required.
•Supervise Document Control and lead the development of the Document control system.including information accumulation and reporting with Review of site correspondence and documents for compliance with provisions of the contract documents.
•Project management team equipment and supplies management & report development.

Repair of Some Concrete Structures in SWCC Saline Water Conversion Corporation SHUQAIQ PLANT for the remedial works for all accessible areas of the concrete structures including Jacketing, Re-skinning, Patch Repair, Local Repair, Demolition & Reconstruction for Seawater Intake Structure, Operation Building, Fuel Oil Storage Tanks, Filling Station/Benzene Station, Product Water Treatment Plant, Desalination Plant, Discharge/Outfall Channel, Water Transmission System (WTS) - Pumping Stations & Water Reservoirs. Project valued at over SAR 180 M
Duties:
•Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
•Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope & budget.
•Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
•Ensure resource availability and allocation.
•Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
•Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
•Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
•Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
•Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements.
•Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
•Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

Duites:
•Assure that all requirements and expectations of the Operating System Requirements (OSR), appropriate Operating System Implementation plan (OSIP), and strict adherence to other business line requirements.
•Execute field construction activities in conformance with project drawings, specifications, schedules, cost estimates, procedures, quality requirements and safety standards.
•Control project schedule and cost through the efficient use of all construction resources including manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
•Monitor productivity and cost and implement appropriate action to maintain maximum labor productivity and cost-effectiveness.
•Typically, direct and responsible for all staff assigned to the project(s) through direct reports typically consisting of managers and supervisors heading up the various functions (i.e.
Response of the renovation systems by Concrete Repair, shotcrete, Injection systems Waterproofing, Damp proofing, Lining and Geomembranes systems, Cellular Concrete, Thermal Insulation, Industrial Flooring, Protective Coatings, Joints Sealants & Maintenance of Oil Facilities For below mentioned projects.
Project Marassi - Sidi Abdel Rahman Employee Emmar Egypt by Project Management Turner Construction for 460 villas & town houses; Cost plus system including landscape of gross area1800000.00 m2 with a budget of approximate L.E 228M.
•Project: Air Force Defense Base - C130 Employee US Corps Construction for urban, Terminal, Taxi Ways & fuel Lines for Air Force Base within project value 120 million USD.
