I am assisting the top management in the administrative and financial work. Plus, Carrying out various bank transactions, finding ways to acquire more customers, new markets, generating more profits, improve our sales rate, building a good image, cutting costs, and helping my company in almost all procedures of importing and exporting process.
I worked as a Data Clerk at WFP Organization in Khartoum. I was working at the logistics department specifically at the workshop and warehouse. My duties were opening a job card for each WFP vehicle that needs repair, providing the right mechanic besides the suitable spare parts for every vehicle, entering the details of the work that has been done for each vehicle into the FleetWave System, preparing a daily report about what was going on in the workshop, handling the attendance sheet in a daily basis, assisting the workshop manager in the administrative work and in writing the annual report for each employee.
As a Customer Service Agent, my work was mainly concentrating on listening to customers complaints, suggestions, recommendations and their feedback upon our service. Which made it easier for us to enhance our service. To guarantee their satisfaction and loyalty to our company.
I am working as a cost accountant in contracting and construction company in Saudi Arabia. we are using Afak accounting computer program, Microsoft excel and Microsoft word regularly.Moreover, i am responsible of any thing has to do with money within or outside the company also i am actively participating in the administration role. Furthermore, my boss has a clinic and pharmacy. Therefore, i am also assisting him in managing both of them.
My main role was finding ways to gain new customers. Through advertising, price reduction, improving our quality and marketing research.
Our work on the project was mainly in two camps namely (Wed shrefy and Alshigrap) in Kesslea which is located in Eastern Sudan, with respect to livelihood activities. We have conducted a questionnaire with certain questions, after that we went right away to those camps and we had asked some people from those targeted camps the questionnaire questions. Eventually, as a one team we have done a comprehensive report about our work and experiment their along with our own recommendations and suggestions
My main role was helping the company to reduce cost, gain profit and acquiring new customers through marketing research, by knowing what kinds of product people prefer. Furthermore, we have conducted a questionnaire, advertisement, research and direct visit to targeted customer. As a result, we have acquired a large number of new consumer.
I have learned a lot of things through my master degree in Malaysia because we went through some important and useful subjects, such as marketing, accounting, finance, ethics, management strategic policies, human resources management and quality management. My master degree has really assisted me a lot during my lovely experience with the UNHCR organization in a livelihood a activity project to improve the situation of the refugees in eastern Sudan.
I had studied accounting, finance, marketing, general mamagemen, insurance, economics, islamic transactions and statistic.
