Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide Engineering, in-depth system and design knowledge.
Contribute technical expertise for SIS/ESD/FGS/BMS using Triconex system.
Establish a communication with DCS (Foxboro/Honeywell/Yokogawa) using TSAA, RS232 and RS485 protocols.
Perform and manage Pre FAT, FAT, IFAT, SAT, Commissioning and start up.
Handle corrective and preventive maintenance tasks, initiate action leading to problem resolution.
Consolidate and maintain technical and commercial information.
Provide upgrade consultation, planning, and implementation support.
Organize and support activities including assembly, installation, and testing documentation of hardware and applications.
Ensure up-to-date built control system architecture drawing, network and data topology.
Establish routine performance monitoring for the PCS systems.
System specification, design, implementation and review for in-house and 3rd party supply.
Participate in review of P&ID's, Layouts, Control schemes, specifications, HAZOP, Operability and Maintainability studies
Work package identification, estimation & planning
Validation of system design and architecture, appreciation of the application
Develop and maintain close liaison with operations including operations planning.
Develop critical technical reviews
Walk through, audit, and punch closing reviews.
Produce detailed technical reports

• Project Manager for Site Survey during Erection phase and commissioning phase.
• Upgrade and build new control systems to control 5 boilers using PLC WAGO (250 I/O points) and HMI (Touch Screen).
• Involved in Cause & Effect Logic implementation, Hardware design, PLC Configuration, Loop checking, Logic Programming and Field Connection.
• HMI and PLC integration. Training For Customer Engineers and Technicians.
