• Excellent communication with customers skills in Arabic and English.
• To envisage and promote seasonal and current menu concepts within the region in conjunction with the
chef/management choices and involved to create the best choice for more achievement & customers satisfy .
• Helping growing of the branding value thru the choosing a valuable communication with the customers.
• Study the market competitors in order to provide the best and to be on the top of choices.
• Providing the catering services thru developing modern concept in many segment as a corporate, hospitals, university, schools and private occasion.
• Constant access to events and communication for permanent participation in order to achieve more revenue.
• I am convinced that satisfying the customer by providing the best services and polite dealing creates an intimate relationship with the customer, which leads to the formation of a permanent partnership that leads to stable income.
• Keeping always monitoring the budget and expenses in order to be in out of loses.
• Constant access to products and prices in the market and sharing them with management and Chef and contribute in to better preparation and costs.

2- Installing a coffee station in a hundreds occasions with huge refreshment food menu concept in more hospitals, private corporates and government sites , universities, schools wedding, gathering, workshops and more .
3- Setup station on big festival as a Janaderia, racing, Derria & ester region events .
4- Yearly sales growing more than 25% .

I work as sales man after graduated from the medical institute. I join to the dr.cafe coffee co. and this is the importance station in my life as I get my best knowledge and managerial skills with the best team from different nationalities. I start as a coordinator for the first 4 year then officer then Incharge of same area . I almost complete more than 8 year and I have a spair to be the leader in same or any other great company.
