- Main accountability in creating SQL Server’s data conversion scripts for previous HRMS; from SQL Server Databases to Oracle EBS Database. As well as supporting the current Oracle EBS HRMS, and developing new reports.
- Support of Business Pack, previous HRMS of the Company. Developing new reports. Upgrading current versions. Application based on VB6, Crystal Reports 8.5, and SQL Server 2005, and later SQL Server 2008.
- Developed various SQL Server 2005/08/12/14 processes (Stored Procedures, Functions, DB Mail Processes, Jobs), combined with .Net applications (using VS 2005/08/10/12 - VB.Net, C#), such as:
o E-Discount (Application to implement employees discount program in over 600 shops, initialize employees IDs, export discount transactions to back office SQL Server database using a developed Windows Service, as well as to manage those transactions and discount seasons in the back office version of application).
o E-Payslip (Windows Service application that reads pay slips’ data, encrypts it using Microsoft RMS, and emails it to employees).
o Complete process using the data of HRMS, stored on SQL Server databases, and using a developed .Net application with SQL Server stored procedures, functions for automatically creating Active Directory accounts for shop employees (more than 7000 shop employees) over the company’s MS Exchange Server 2007, and later on 2010 version.
o Many SQL Server Processes or Scheduled Jobs that email or copy to FTP Server, XML formatted data, text files and photos concerning HRMS data, such as expired visas/labor cards, added/deleted insured employees, status of the consolidated HRMS data in 13 countries, and employees’ birthday greeting emails.
- Back Up/Restore test copies of live HRMS SQL Server databases from the 13 countries. In addition to applying Performance Tuning of HRMS databases when needed.
- Created Users’ Logins with relevant Server Roles, Mapping, Access Rights, etc. on SQL Server and in HRMS databases.
- Created SQL Server’s SSIS Packages (ETL) to export the consolidated data (imported overnight from 13 countries) from the consolidated database, located on the central SQL Server in Lebanon, to another SQL Server, to be used by our intranet applications. Similarly, creating customized SQL Server’s SSAS data cubes to help analyzing HRMS Data. Also, developing many reports using Crystal Reports and SQL Server’s SSRS, regarding sales vs. cost, employees’ rotation, employees’ attendance, and employees’ leaves, among many others.
- Created many ETL processes using SQL Server’s SSIS for importing data of various types such as Excel sheets and SQL Server databases into a consolidation data warehouse.
- Created Transaction Log Shipping process to replicate an SQL Server database located in UAE containing HRMS data of all countries, extracted from Oracle EBS database.
- Documenting of Consolidation process using MS Visio, MS Word.
- Use of QlikView BI Tool to design, create, Data Warehouse Schemas (using Star and Snowflake Models for our specific Business needs) in the data-reloader application, and to develop various dashboards, in the front-end application, related to H.R. (Compensations and Benefits: Payroll, Sales, Cost and Attendance Data), Learning and Development, and Recruitment Departments.
- Installation and configuration of QlikView Desktop, and administrating QlikView Web Server (CALs controlling, documents reloading tasks, audit logging, etc...), as well as setting up data reduction tasks in NPrinting Client and Management Console based on different users’ roles (Simulating thus, QlikView Publisher data reduction technique).
- Fixed various problems in different modules of the IMS package in "Altager" product (composed of IMS, Third Party, Accounting, and HMS packages), like problems in reports, functions, and subroutines essential for different transactions, using VS.Net 2003 (VB.Net) and Sybase Database.
- Developed a major subroutine to correct discrepancies of stock quantities and average cost values.
- Assisted in development of "Modern Medicine" web application, running .NET Platform, using C# and MS SQL Server database.
- Converted parts of the old in-house application’s module Rail Services running Access 2002 and SQL Server 2000 by using VB.Net, ASP.Net, Crystal Reports, and MS SQL Server 2000.
- Developed customized forms, reports, stored procedures, in order to track claims, create orders & add more functionality to the Rail Services module.
- Provided support, and modifications for existing forms and reports.
- Assisted in administrating the network system, running Windows 2000 Server/Citrix Metaframe XP Application Server, and provided help desk support for users.
- Successfully developed, implemented & tested the Sales & Stock modules (converted from VB6), using Visual Studio.Net 2002, ASP.Net, Crystal Reports & MS SQL Server 2000.
- Provided training and support to users of Sales & Stock modules.
- Provided Help Desk Support for users (Running MS Windows XP/2000 (Pro/Server)).
- Analyzed, designed and developed the essential sub-routines of the Stock module of Alphasoft Software (ERP Software of the Company), using MS Access 97 (Back/Front ends).

- Developed additional reports to the Accounts Payable/Receivable and Sales modules, customized to suit different managerial interests.
- Provided Help Desk Support for users running different OS platforms like Windows 98/XP/NT.
- Developed using Borland Delphi 3 (Client/Server Suite) forms in the Payroll module of the in-house ERP software application of the company.
- Developed additional forms regarding the accounts and the general ledger in the Accounting module.
