- Freelance trainer for quality tools (PDCA, FMEA, 8D, 5M, 5why, SPC, MSA, etc…)
- Conduct Third-Party audits in the automotive companies on behalf of TUV Rhineland group (UK, France, Luxembourg, Italia, Morocco, Slovakia, Spain, Hungary etc…)
- Assist the company NSSPC for the implantation of the First IATF 16949:2016 standard in Saudi Arabia
- Deploy the plant business plan and monitor the operational KPI’s;
- Manage the budget of the quality department and the non quality costs of the plant;
- Ensure the compliance of the Quality Management System according to customer, ISO/TS 16949: 2009, and regulatory/legal requirements ( environment &safety);
- Schedule, execute and monitor the internal audit program ( QMS, manufacturing and product audit).

- Ensure the compliances of the manufactured Leaf spring according to the customer requirements and company standard.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Ensure the effectiveness of CAPA System
- Manage the quality management system documentation according to the ISO 9001:2008 standard
- Schedule and exucute the QSE internal audit program according to ISO 9001:2008 and the group safety standards
- Ensure the compliances of the manufactured products (Vehicule Alternator) according to the customer requirements and group standards.
- Analysis of warranty and 0Km customer complaints ( 8D report, 5 Why )
- Weekly and Monthly reporting to Europe quality management (conf. call, KPI’s, action plan)
- Monitoring and fix the quality issues with suppliers
- Validation of new supplier and their components
- Manage the customer complaints and maintain a good relationship with the Clients
- Develop and maintain the PFMEA and control plan
- Training of new operator on the customer spec and working method
- Daily monitoring of the quality performances (KPI’s and CAPA)
- Approve the manufacturing equipments and tools
- Validation of product and process changes implemented in the manufacturing lines
- Monitor and Ensure the effectiveness of the CAPA
- Implement two manufacturing units ( machining and polishing)
- Development of the continuous improvement procedures
- Lead the continuous improvement projects (Hoshin, 5S and Kanban )
- Manage 50 employees in the final assembly unit;
- Develop and execute the production schedule in collaboration with the logistic department to satisfy customers and to achieve company goals
- Daily monitoring of unit KPI’s ( quality, cost, deadlines)
- Manage, motivate, train and develop the versatility of employees
- Ensure the process and product compliance according to the customer specifications and the group standards
- Manage the APU QRQC of the internal and external quality issues
- Monitor and Ensure the effectiveness of the CAPA
- Analysis of the Renault and Peugeot warranty returned components.
- Validate the changes of the supplied components ( PPAP, mountability test ….)
