HR Management
• Recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions, preparing advertisements, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates (Midlevel)
• Implementing & Updating the policies and procedures for Middle East Office as per UAE labor law by Coordinating with the HR department in the head offices in the US
• Drafting letters & Certificates to the staff (Arabic & English) & dealing with Life and Health Insurance issues
