Sales supervisor
Responsible for :
1. Interviews, selects, hires, orients, instruct trains, evaluate the disciplines and terminate the unsatisfactory staff.
2. Responsible for the planning, direction, organizing and control of sales representatives to accomplish specific objectives.
3. Provide INFIELD training for the medical representatives so that they possess sufficient medical and technical knowledge to present information on the company’s products in an accurate and balanced manner.
4. Close contact with the KOL customers & distributers
5. Follow up MR call rate, coverage, call quality, sales record, tender business and ROI for each MR & for each territory
7. Creating healthy environment where business can flourish & Promotes loyalty and morale by creating a climate that encourages professional development, individual creativity, innovation and a high level of productivity.
8. Ensure that all sales representative activities are in accordance with the organization promotional plan through Personal observation of the performance of medical representatives in the field & Holding follow up meetings on a regular basis
9. Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development.
10. Manage the sales administration function, performance reporting & maximizing business relationships
11. Establish realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trend).
12. Implement a specific appraisal system that describes the performance for each member of the sales team.
