The current position since the begining of the year 2004 is Sales Account Manager in the banking sector Lebanon. I have banks with me in Lebanon and in Congo. We work in a company the sells sollutions for the Banking, Teleco Companies and higher education. ITS is a multinational company selling the solutions to all middle east, Asia and Africa and soon globally. I also used to work in the supporting and analyzing banking applications (Mosaic branch automation and Phoenix core banking) at two major banks in Lebanon. Supervising and maintaining the applications. Reporting problems to the developers. Gathering business requirements and writing specifications for future system enhancement. Coordinating between the customers and the system designers.
