Supervise and Select suitably trained personnel to carry out casing and tubing running operations at rig site installations, within the client’s time specification in compliance with the Tubular Running Service Competence Assurance System.
•Ensure Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental fully implemented and sustained across all areas of responsibility.
•Get TRS crews ready prior to going to rig site with job specific details. On returning from rig a full debrief is an essential requirement for this position to enable any issues to be addressed and gain valuable lessons learned.
•Review the customer equipment requirements and ensure the equipment requested is suitable for the specific ongoing operations and sufficient back up equipment is on location to successfully complete the operation to a quality and safe standard.
•Ensure field performance, service quality and meeting the customer’s requirements in the operations are achieved in accordance with approved industry standards, quality procedures and within industry safety guidelines.
•Provide technical support to the personnel regarding equipment requirements, equipment failures and equipment modifications required to successfully complete rig specific operations to a high standard.
•Liaise with crew chief ensuring that customer requirements are addressed and communicate any special requirements to the maintenance and logistic department.
•Analyzes the results of industrial activity of the location for shift, reasons which can occur standby of the equipment and service quality decrease, takes part in working out and introduction corrective actions. Organizes operative calculation of the products on location, and tasks fulfillment.
•Empower employees to take responsibility for their jobs and goals. Delegate responsibility and expect accountability and regular feedback.
•Ensures that pre and post job briefs are conducted and documented with field crews.
