-Provide support in checking electrical (Road lighting and ITS ) drawings
- Confer with engineers and other personnel to resolve production issues or challenges and provide technical information
- Implementation regarding road lighting, traffic lights and intelligent transport systems (Controllers and cabinets of traffic lights, Radar/camera detection and counting and GPS time synchronization)
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and other documentation, including cost
estimates.
- Identify the gaps in Telecommunication and Network ITS assets within the main corridors of Montréal.
- Ensure adherence to Health and Safety Policy and Procedures and comply with any new work instructions
- Repare/check design approach, calculations, drawings and documents as part of the current process to ensure contractors deal with a quality service and project specifications.
- Assign and review work of designers, provide technical guidance and training
- Contributing to design reviews and verification following established QA/QC process,
Providing feedback on design aspects and making necessary modifications.
- Carry out site visits and survey inspections and supervise sub-contractors
- Lighting Roadway conceptual/ functional designs, including preparing cross-sections and plan view drawings based on the study outcomes and project objectives.
- Good technical memo and report writing.
- Lead design development on a variety of projects
- Walid continues manage small-medium sized projects and coordinate technical teams or sub-consultant resources to deliver projects;
