o Raw and Packaging Materials planning, production planning and adherence, capacity planning and C/D ratio, Inventory management, initiatives management, Sales Forecast and demand planning.
o Lead the IP function for monitoring accuracy and consistency of plans, and deploying available planning and scheduling resources to best effect.
o Deal with all departmental managers, middle management and supervisors responsible for managing project, departmental deadlines and resources.
o Provide expert advice and guidance on problems to senior strategic planning and Executive Management.
o Participate in reviews of the annual business plan.
Supply Chain - Supply Planning, Initiatives and Inventory Control Department
Raw and Packaging Materials Supply, Inventory management, Export markets management, initiatives management, Sales Forecast and production plan techniques.
-Lead the multifunctional process to create the schedule and gather data to maintain the schedule, to present the schedule to the team in way that facilitates driving the required activities to deliver millstones.
-Document all obstacles, delay and claims obtain approvals and track all changes in initiatives parameters and archive appropriate records.
-Evaluate and recommends actions to improve on - time delivery performance.
-Working with all concerned to prepare the feasibility cost reply (FCR) timely, as would be specified in the Kick - off meeting upon issue any project establishment (PE).
-Working with the commercial team on the timeline that would be mentioned in the FCR for commercial PE’s.
-Working with all concerned to get the (Phase-In/Phase-Out) (PIPO) plans appropriately, and update the FCR accordingly.
-Lead the initiatives meeting in order to update the initiatives delivery team with all on - time and pending tasks.
-Keep in records a measure for the delay per task per department, and an accumulative delay measure for the whole projects.
-Analyze and report the reasons for delay, as per the standard analysis report. Recommended other aspects to measure and analyze the delay as well.
-Schedule and coordinates flow of work within or between departments (production, raw & packaging materials stores) of manufacturing plant to expedite manipulation and identify the manipulation premises in case of cross promotions.
-Strengthen initiatives to prevent re occurrence based on re-analysis of past failure examples.
In charge of production of powder coating and PVDF of aluminum extrusion, in charge also of coordination for the installation of equipment’s by the supplier of the lines.
Responsibilities:
-Supervise the daily production in order to achieve high productivity.
-Planning of orders to complete production and meet the delivery on time.
-Ordering the polyester powder, chemicals and PVDF paint on time according to the orders to avoid delay.
-Quality inspection of production.
-Applying certification of Qualicoat system.
-Achieve proper packing of production.
-Applying waste management system to reduce cost of production.
-Coordination with sales department to quote outside customers materials.
-Preparing the annual budget for paint line.
-Maintenance of different equipment’s (ovens, boiler, electrostatic powder equipment’s, conveyors, etc…).
Participation with the plant manager for preparation of feasibility studies and business plan for extrusion line, paint line, anodizing line, aluminum composite panel line and float glass plant.
