• Project Preparation: reviewing all scaffolding & formwork required
as per design and project schedule
• Materials Arrangement: trying to compromise between the
materials available in company yard and site requirements, some
works in the Island need special design and materials so we must
use professional scaffolding company and get the most safe and
economic offer
• Manpower and supervision Arrangement: looking for competent
team have enough offshore experience to mix with new
scaffolders, also must choose the supervision team very carefully
to got ADNOC approval
• Training: we conduct several training to our crew to inshore that
they are all aware about the type and circumstances of work in
the island
• Client Relationship: Ensure that all client requirements are met
correctly, so we can win his trust
• HSE: a such projects have very high risk so we must be sure all
people following safety procedure without any excuses and the
are fully understand ADNOC rules and regulations
• Following up: we are holding weekly meeting with all departments
to inshore everything going smoothly and avoid any unplanned
surprises
