Dariyaa. The overall land development includes 4 main zones.
Total area is 6 million m2. Infrastructure, Roads & Villas
construction supervision.

the process to assess and recommend mitigation for Troubled Projects
within the Amanat and the Baladiyat over 2400 projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the assessment of troubled Amana projects with major
cost, schedule, safety, quality and/or other scope
delivery/performance issues, on a prioritized basis
• Apply the procedures to all works performed under the
governance of MOMRA (Ministry of Municipal and Rural
Affairs) and the GDMP (General Directorate for Municipal
Projects).
• As part of this assessment, establish an accurate status of the
project, identifying recommended mitigation or intervention
measures and work together with Amanat project delivery
staff to re-baseline the project.

recommended mitigation or intervention measures.
• Issuing reports demonstrating the status of troubled projects

Key Responsibilities:
o Closely collaborates with the Project Director,
coordinating and exercising functional authority for all,
initiating, planning, Executing, Monitoring& control,
integration, and closing of the project within my area of
assigned authority.
o To consider and shall for all risks arising from the Site and
its surroundings, also i have satisfied as to the means of
communication, access to the site, the conditions under
