Responsible to do sales to all factory products at western region of UAE & reporting about the region & assisting to do year plan & explaining to customer how to use the product and establishing
answer telephone, screen and direct calls
take and relay messages
provide information to callers
greet persons entering organization
direct persons to correct destination
deal with queries from the public and customers
ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness general administrative and clerical support
prepare letters and documents
receive and sort mail and deliveries
schedule appointments
organize conference and meeting room bookings
maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
co-ordinate meetings and organize catering
tidy and maintain the reception area
Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
Present menus to patrons and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.
Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to kitchen for cleaning.
Serve food and/or beverages to patrons; prepare and serve specialty dishes at tables as required.
Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods.
