 Define project objectives and scope, identifying involvement of internal and external stakeholders.
 Conduct risk analysis to reduce unforeseen obstacles and costs.
 Create expected time schedule and estimated cost with the assigned engineers.

 Conduct periodic scope, schedule, and cost reviews using industry best practices, to identify needed
adjustments.
 Measure project performance and progress throughout the construction phase.
 Manage & coordinate the client’s needs and other stakeholder expectations to maintain productive and
engaged relationships.
 Establish & implement policies that promote company culture and vision.
 Delegate project activities and duties in accordance with team members' strengths and experience
 Monitoring & control the design, tendering and construction phases including but are not limited to the design
review, contractor’s contracts & bills review, progress meeting.
 Collaborate as a focal point from owner / developer side with the stakeholders to deliver results on planned
