Two different locations as follow
Construction of city center el Asher ( 5 residential
commercial building basement+ ground+10 typical floors)
Construction of 5 residential commercial building basement+ground+ 10 typical floors
Project: 4 X 65 MW plants BENBAN PV Solar Park - Aswan, Egypt.
Responsibilities: -
Supervise, inspect and manage the construction works of all the civil, mechanical and electrical activities in the project like (Fence - Roads - O&M buildings - Guard house - MV buildings - road crossing - access way - Reactor - Inverter / Transformers - cable trenches …etc.).
Support QC team for civil inspections to achieve the best quality control using check sheets according to the project requirements.
Revise and review the invoices for subcontractors.
Coordinate with the other disciplines to avoid any clash.
Direct supervision to the main and sub-contractors and implement some activities if needed using direct manpower to minimize the project time.
Support logistic team till receiving the project materials at lay down area and during the offloading and storage process.
Project: (ERC) Refinery Oil & Gas project - Cairo, Egypt.
Responsibilities: -
Supervise civil works like concrete building, fence, access ways …etc. support of logistic team for the civil works for passage material (special huge parts) on special route.
preparing the survey reports, visit site reports and revise the invoices. Prepare technical reports for civil manager.
follow up and control on the subcontractors.
Coordinate between civil activities and other disciplines (electrical -
piping - HVAC ...etc.).
Meeting the owner of the project and study the implementation of his requests according to the requirements of the contract.
Supervision engineer - one of technical supporting team for General Organization for Military Industries (Ministry of Defense) in el kharj - El-Riyadh area - K.S.A .
Projects:
Consulting & Supervision engineer for the contractors that construct many different projects, including the establishment of administrative buildings, residential, extension and rehabilitation of some military factories and do full technical support to the General Organization for Military Industries in el- kharj and prepare and Review ( B.O.Q) documents, construction drawings and quantities calculation .
