Role:
Managing implementation, development and enhancements for
payroll & personnel module, finance module, sales module,
technical stores and raw materials module
Providing technical support for installation, maintenance, testing &
training to end-users using front-end as 10g forms and back-end
as Oracle 10g
Working as a part of In house Development team and managing
design, develop and implement new systems as per business
requirements
Modifying & maintaining ERP System comprising all modules as
GL, AP, AR, Payroll, Fixed Asset, Manufacturing and Sales
Performing analysis, gathering requirements and conducting gap
analysis in company premises for proposing and advising for
automated solution for improving the work procedure
Working in a team of 3-4 personnel for design & documentation of
processes, procedures and standards along with the maintenance
& preparation of system and software documentation
Mapping requirements & providing best solutions involving
evaluation and definition of scope of project and finalization of
project requirements
Supervising the implementation phase by formulating project
plans, planning resources and managing issues arising due to
scope creep or other technical / personnel matters
