• Supervision of the administrative affairs of the company including personnel, new hired employee’s orientation and coordination, procurement, support in organizations functions and events planning and management, and other administrative services.
• Support top management in reviewing, developing and implementing administrative polices and systems.
• Manage and supervise collection of financial past dues from clients in the private and public sectors, including handling all communications, preparing all official claims, negotiations and handling and legal claims through third parties when needed.
• Supervising the Department of follow-up renewal of lease contracts.
• Follow-up collection of late rents from big tenants (government, companies).
• Sending the file of the tenant who did not renew the lease contract to the legal department and coordination between the Department of Leasing and Legal department.

A. Normal collection sections.
B. legal collection sections ( police, court ).
C. Customer Service sections ( after-sales service ).
D. Follow up the results of collection and performance indicators with the requirements of the executive plan of the company.
