1 Responsible for managing all the stocks in the main warehouse and all stores.
2 Control the movement of goods between the warehouses and stores.
3 Monitoring all the sales done by the stores, setting up reports about the movement of different items and the transaction of merchandise between the warehouse and the stores.
4 Responsible for all hardware and software maintenance and all related purchases.
5 Setting up the point of sales and the related networks in all locations.
6 Responsible for implementing Omega Retail System software and training system technicians and cashiers.
7 Performing periodic inventory counts to insure accuracy of stock levels and carry out investigations where discrepancies are found.
8 Setting up the operation in the new location (4 levels shopping center) that includes stocks, retail system, point of sales and related networks….

1- Regarding systems:
- Manage a team of system super users and cycle counters to monitor the stock accuracy and conduct daily and periodic inventories.
- Manage all system transfers between the warehouse and the different stores.
- Manage and solve all discrepancies resulting from stores transfers.
- Carry out investigations on stock discrepancies. Investigate product flow procedure from inbound to delivery process and find/ resolve problem areas.
- Coordinate with brand teams regarding incoming shipments both physically and on system.
2- Regarding Receiving:
- Manage a team of team leaders and operative to conduct all activities related to receiving goods.
- Monitor the WMS and the process with which goods are received and distributed in the warehouse.
- Working closely with brand teams to ensure appropriate stock and delivery to store.
- Ensures that all work is carried out efficiently and in accordance with security and safety regulations.
- Conduct training for new employees and reviews regarding their performance.
- Ensures all staffing levels are met, training and disciplinary actions are carried out, and issues are managed and dealt with according to company policy.

- Manage head office FG warehouse operations and people planning; recruiting & training, incentive schemes, and career development.
- Liaise and coordinate with 3PLs and handle accounts for the transporters companies.
- Report and analyze WH productivity, WH breakage and shrinkage, and set action plans accordingly.

- Manage the account of the pallets provider (CHEP) and insure the availability of pallets to support the production process.
- Report, analyze and solve problems using best practicable technologies.

 Moving, sorting and placing product from receiving to racks, shelves according to predetermined sequence based on size, type, style, color or product code.
