Accounting Responsibilities:
• Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Book accounting entries on the ERP system timely and accurate.
• Preparing monthly timesheets and Payroll.
• Reviewing & Approving AP Invoices and book them on the SAP system.
• Managing Petty Cash expenses of the Company.
• Reviewing & importing AR invoices to ERP System.
• Reviewing tax returns on monthly basis (VAT, WTH, PIT and Social Insurance) and following up of paying on time.
• Support month-end and year-end close process.
• Tax inspection for all kind of taxes on our company.
• Submit e-invoices on the tax portal.
• Incoming / Outgoing Payments follow-up.
• Reviewing & Approving bank reconciliation.
• Banking negotiations & deals for the best to the company.
• Managing stocks physical count of warehouses.
• Bank accounts Management and reconciliations.
• Analyzing the P&L & BS accounts ledgers and adjustment entries if any.
• Preparing the monthly Management Report Pack for Global management.
• Working with auditor providing them with all the analysis needs and answering the questions.
Administration Responsibilities:
• Handling HR tasks including interviewing new employees, Hiring, documentation, Social Insurance, labour office, and all related employees’ administrative issues.
• Dealing with authorities regarding the licenses and governmental requirements including GAFI, EMRA, City Council, Labour Office and Passport Authority.
• Managing Building maintenance and renewing.
• Managing Medical insurance processes.
• Arrange business trips reservations.
• Managing courier profile.
• Managing Expats accommodation, residency, work permits.
• Coordinates company participations in forums, seminars and conferences.
Generated weekly and monthly reports on sales performance to provide recommendaƟons to meet sales goals.
